Founded in February 2014 by the family, crew and close friends of Lt. Krodle, the Krodle Foundation exists to honor and carry on Lt. Krodle's legacy by:

• awarding annual scholarships to children of Dallas Fire Firefighters

• providing financial assistance to other Dallas Fire Department Line of Duty Death families

• providing financial assistance to Dallas Firefighters injured in the line of duty

• assisting with other needs within the department

Lt. Todd Krodle valued education and felt called to be a help to other people.  We believe that the foundation should carry forward the legacy of Todd’s life by accomplishing that which he placed in high regard. The Foundation strives to support those seeking higher education, to help those in need, and pay forward the acts of kindness and grace that so many offered his family following his death.

The Krodle Foundation is a 501 (c) (3), non-profit organization.
